Patient Wolf Blackthorn Gin

Early Scottish settlers planted the Blackthorn bush, also known as Sloe, around northern Tasmania to create field boundaries and to bring a sense of home. Fresh sloe berries were handpicked, sent to Patient Wolf's distillery and steeped in their Melbourne Dry Gin, before lightly sweetening and releasing at 37% ABV.

A true modern Aussie sloe gin.

Rich layers of sloe, juniper and spice, with a subtle floral note. A touch of sugar counterbalances the tartness of the sloes, before making way for a long, dry finish.

Drinking

Perfect cool weather drinking. Delicious neat or on ice. Or, add a dash of tonic or soda and garnish with a  wedge of orange. Get creative with a Sloe Gin Spritz or Charlie Chaplin.
